IN-STORE PURCHASES:

All returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.  

All sale items are final sale. 

ONLINE PURCHASES: 

Full-price Canadian online orders are eligible for a refund within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Returns will not be accepted on jewelry, lingerie or bath & beauty products.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER 

To return or exchange item(s) please email us at info@flowbynicole.com with the reason for return, and you will be issued a Return Label.

Shipping fees are non refundable. A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

International and USA orders are not available for refund at this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS 

All return items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with store tags still attached. Any item(s) with an indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer. Any returns received outside the eligible return window, will either be returned for store credit only or will be returned to the customer. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERING

We do our very best to ensure that our website is as current as possible, however occasionally items ordered may be out of stock. If an item you have ordered is not available, we will notify you by email and process a swift refund. 

We are happy to help you find an alternate option or attempt to special order the item from your original purchase. If any items are specially ordered, payment will be collected upfront, upon placement of the order and the item will be final sale.
